I’m in charge of InsideSales.com’s product, Playbooks, the Chrome Extension app. Playbooks is an intelligent sales cadence application that helps sales reps own their sales engagement and build better pipeline fast. It prioritizes contacts and accounts based on their likelihood to engage and buy, ensuring reps focus on only the best leads first.
I oversee each project from beginning to end, which includes user research, wireframing and user-flows, visual and interaction design, prototyping, and user testing.
Experticity (now known as ExpertVoice) is where brands can easily find, educate, and reward trusted experts, who, in turn, get extra perks because of their knowledge about the brands, and give and get advice from other experts.
I’ve worn many hats during my 4 years at Experticity. Most recently I was on the Engagement Team, which focused on increasing any type of engagement on the site, mostly the homepage, brand, and campaign pages. I’ve also worked on the educational portion where users (aka experts) would learn about Brands and their products by taking lessons and Edu-Games.
I’ve lead user research, wireframing, designing, prototyping, and user testing. I’ve also participated in three different design sprints.
At Alliance Health, we focused most of our UX work on our Diabetic Connect page. It was a place where people with diabetes could go and connect with other diabetics and learn ways to improve their health. I was in charge of the profile and diabetic “Log Book” (health tracker) where people could track their blood sugar levels and A1c.

The first two emails I did for CLEARLINK's site, ADT/YourLocalSecurity.com. The rest are all emails I did for Overstock.com. We worked off a grid-based template to keep our designs clean.
Here are a few print ads I've done for Overstock.com that have appeared in Traditional Homes, Working Mom, Fresh Home, Delta Sky Mag, Martha Stewart Living magazines, among others. Also included are billboards I've designed for Reagan Outdoor Advertising. The billboard campaign "Don't let the 'Grandmother' Look fool you", ended up in Time Magazine as one of their favorite and “Most Memborable” campaigns of 2006. (11/6/06 issue).
